National Delivery:

Nationwide delivery is £4.95 + VAT or free on all sales over £100 + VAT.
Many of our smaller products can be sent anywhere in the country, either by post or a courier. (Products vary, Please contact Sales for more information) This means the product will either come from ourselves or it will come from a 3rd party stockist. You will receive your order within 3-5 working days and we deliver every day except Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holiday.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, some postcodes in parts of Scotland, The Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Channel Isles and Isles of Scilly

Local Delivery:

Local delivery is £15 + VAT or free on all sales over £100 + VAT. 

Our depots are in Mitcham, Cheam, Byfleet, Kingston and Putney from where we operate a local delivery service from these depots. Our catchment range for local deliveries is 5 miles from any depot.

If a product has a ‘Local Delivery’ tick, we can deliver this with our own lorries most of the time. Sometimes we will use external hauliers.

Deliveries will be made to kerbside only, or alternatively to the safest point closest to the delivery address, and off loaded onto firm ground. If the driver is requested to leave the highway and enter the property or site, any damage which may be caused to yours or the local authority's property (such as footpaths and manhole covers), will be your or your agents' responsibility, together with the cost of any repairs or replacement items. Entering properties or crane off-loading over walls, hedges and fences will be made at our driver’s discretion unless previously arranged with the transport office.

We will endeavour to deliver on the day specified but cannot be held responsible should delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Please try and avoid arranging for tradesmen to begin work before the materials have arrived as Alloway Timber & Builders Merchants will not be held liable for any costs incurred as a result of not meeting a delivery date.

Bulky Item:
Some items in construction and landscaping are not always easy to handle and need either assistance or a crane to load/unload the materials. Please call your local store or complete the enquiry form below and we will get back to you within 24 hours Monday to Friday.
